I started as an athlete when I was twelve years old became a coach, trainer, national judge to international judge. I almost experience all in sports, the never ending training, the pain of loosing and the sweetness of winning. As an athlete, you have to focus your self on how to improve your skills, always think on how or what can you do as a member of the team to win every game. Focus, perseverance, positive thinking, courage, determination and discipline is the key for a successful athlete. Almost all good coaches and trainer are former athletes.

Former athletes who are coaches and trainers are very effective because of their experience as an athletes, they know what they are doing. They know how athletes behave ,how athletes think and what kind of appropriate training approach for every group of athletes. In short, the athletes coach/trainer relationship is better. Same through with officials of course, they are more effective in the sense that they know how athletes deals with every rules of the game. A former athletes now a judge in gymnastics for example. This judge will be very accurate as  judge because he knows how gymnast  hide or execute every difficulties of there routine.

In every game, right attitude of a team will surface as a winner.
